    I’ve been here once before and it was fantastic, I came back with a group for a birthday dinner. Unfortunately when we showed up for our reservation they told us that they couldn’t cook food and that they were trying to fix the issue asap. We took our table, they told us that we could order drinks and salads, but no baked or cooked items as they were getting someone to repair the issue. Once our drinks and salads came they had told us that the kitchen was back up and running, so we ordered and about 5 minute later they came back to say they couldn’t place the order because the problem wasn’t actually fixed. This left us all very disappointed and hungry as we came especially for a birthday dinner.

    Good restaurant? Excellent service? Food was good but a little on the pricey side, but this is Banff after all. Really cool inside. Great atmosphere.

    Had a great time during happy hour from 4pm-6pm! The menu offers full-sized pizzas for $16, along with reduced-sized pastas for the same price. The $8 Caesar salad and $12 Caprese were perfect for a light bite. The portions were just the right size for a satisfying snack or early dinner. If you're looking for a great in-between meal, this is the perfect spot!

    Great service, delicious food. Could not get a table reservation so we sat at the bar! It was great! Highly recommend. The Caprese salad amazing as well as the cod, focaccia bread and margarita pizza.

    Our experience at Lupo was phenomenal. From the service to the quality of food - everything exceptional. Our server Gabby was knowledgeable and attentive. Will definitely be coming back!
