My boyfriend and I had the best time at 16 Prospect last night! Joe Regan lead an open mic that was fantastic! I sang along with some amazing vocalists and the place was so festive and lively. It was an awesome night. The food and drinks were delicious. The servers were attentive and cheerful. It was so much fun.

Bad food, no flavor, super stale bread, olive oil was maybe just vegetable oil and seemed spoiled, servers were nowhere to be found the entire dinner. Just terrible

The poor service overshadowed the entire experience. We had three servers working (jointly) our table and the handful of tables around us, which was the first red flag. It took at least 30min before they took our order, none knew what the others were doing, they asked if wanted our check before our entrees arrived, and disappeared for chunks of time…the is went on and on. The food was mediocre at best. Definitely won’t be back.

We have dined here on numerous occasions and 16 Prospect never disappoints. The food, atmosphere and service are always above par. Highly recommend.

Awful!! We were seated and after 20 minutes waiting with no server, I requested from somebody within earshot to retrieve our server. The woman replied “what do you need?” How about everything!! A welcome, menus, our drink order. She was rude and not interested in creating a dining experience befitting a birthday celebration. Shame on this establishment for employing such apathetic and incompetent service.
