Welcome to the 1920 Tavern. A speak-easy style restaurant and pub in downtown Roswell that features a globally-inspired cuisine. The quaint, casual restaurant in Roswell, GA offers a sophisticated mix of cocktails and spirits along with their impressive dishes great for brunch, lunch, and dinner. 1920 Tavern’s refined but approachable cuisine showcases an array of fresh greens, savory starters, market-fresh seafood, and enchanting entrees.

Inspired by the sophistication and the playfulness of the “speakeasy” style, 1920 Tavern’s walls are lined with antique mirrors, crystal accents and globe lighting that provides a natural ambiance which makes it one of the best pubs in Roswell. Dark brown wood and leather banquettes with a contrast of diamond-shaped white tiles beneath the beautifully suspended light pendants that hang over the bar and dining area. Food and alcoholic drinks were quite good. Our server, Taylor, did a nice job. We were seated near the kitchen so it was quite loud but we didn’t mind too much. Overall, very happy with our dining experience.

Love the specials right now and had all of our usual favorites including the bang bang cauliflower and of course the shrimp tacos. And Mirella always makes it more fun!

When we arrived for our reservation right on time, we had to wait 10-15 minutes outside in the cold- not fun! Great food, absolutely loved our server she was wonderful!

Our party of four shared several rounds of small plates/dips. We tried 7 different items; the goat cheese ravioli and pimento cheese dip were good, but our least favorites in comparison. The bang bang cauliflower and crab dip were very good, th3 lamb sliders, tenderloin tacos and short rib tacos were excellent! Service was fast for each round, but we didn’t feel rushed. Drinks were very good as well! Level of noise was high, but worth it for everything else.

I have dined here frequently. I often bring people here because the menu is so vast. That being said, food wise. This was my worst experience here. Maybe it was an off night. But, the service was fantastic as always.
