Our meal was delicious and we had greater service as usual. It’s a go to spot for us.

The food was Delicious we had salad and steak with truffle fries and cream of Spanish. They were very good with being mindful of my gluten allergy. Unfortunately the service was horrible making the overall experience not good. Sat next to another table that was also celebrating an anniversary and were visibly treated differently. We ordered a bottle of wine and were immediately judge by the waiter as he thought it was a cheap bottle and didn’t like that we weren’t paying 100s for a bottle. He then proceed to be condescending and talk down to us the rest of the time. The couple next to us was offered crushed pepper for salad and steak. We were never offered either. They were given bread after sitting down (20 minutes after us) we had to ask for bread and still didn’t get it until right before our steak came out. We were judge for splitting a steak and not each getting our own. We also were never offered a dessert menu or dessert drinks. Once done with dinner we were handed the check without even asking for it. Worst experience and unfortunately even though the food was really good this makes us not want to come back and ruined our special night. For a restaurant like this the service was very disappointing.

Our out of town friends said “best meal they’ve ever had!” Now they know what we know about 22Bowen. Everything was outstanding from the hostess graciously accommodating our table change request to excellent service to superb food. Can’t wait to go again!

Great food. Tables close together, so little privacy. Menu, drinks and wine list are great. Don't miss the salted caramel Gelato dessert.
