   The food was good and didn't take long to prepare. Watress was very attentive during the course of the evening. Valet was prompt but a little high on cost and had a $1 upcharge to use a credit card which they promote for payment.

   The waiter was excellent, but food (fish) Snapper & Sea Bass was just ok & dry! The side was great.

   Went there on day before Valentine’s Day. They were understaffed. Waiter was older and trying hard the management understaffed the place. We were seated about 30 minutes after we arrived. Because of weather delay we informed them we would be 20 minutes late which lead to us being seated 50 minutes after our original reservation then waited at table for service for too long. Most times I go there it is not very crowded. They clearly can’t handle a full restaurant

   The food was absolutely amazing. The Bronzino with the sauce was one of the best fish I’ve ever had in Missouri.  service was impeccable and a treat to meet the chef and sous chef

   It was a quiet evening due to Super Bowl Sunday. The food was excellent! The service was amazing! We'll go back again.

   801 Fish is a consistently great high end restaurant. The one bad experience with service I had in the past was made right by the business. The food is always great, and we enjoyed taking my sister for a birthday celebration.
