   One of the best restaurants in St. Louis and the food did not disappoint, but charging $20 for a kid’s butter noodle dish is egregious and wrong.

   Amazing! Food was fantastic!! Wine pairings made the meals next level. Recommend if you’re going to have a night in the area check them out.

   We had an absolutely fantastic meal! Early res (I call it geriatric dinner) due to kids and grandma. Most wait staff and restaurants don’t like when I show up with kids (ages 6 and 9)… our waiter was just awesome. Understood that kids need to order early and eat asap. He recommended the bolognese for the kids (they DEVOURED it). Myself and my mom did the tasting menu with wine pairing. Myself kids are used to eating at finer dining restaurants, so we can enjoy our meal. The entire wait staff was so attentive, filling water glasses and clearing plates. But none of that compared with the food. Gnocchi frito and beet salad… followed by egg raviolo and squid ink pasta with seafood. The egg raviolo was melt in your mouth delicious, full of subtle flavors that were beautifully married. I had the lamb and mom had chicken - chicken won that round. For dessert, cheesecake > crème brûlée. Cannot recommend this place enough!

   Exceptional restaurant!! One of my favorites!! Crudo is always fresh. Pasta are made in house. Mains are varied and delicious. The skate was wonderful. Service is always friendly and attentive. Harris runs a fantastic restaurant!!!

   We’ve been to Acero many times; the food is regularly excellent. The 4 course tasting is a favorite. My only concern today was the rushed feeling we noted from the minute we sat down for our Anniversary dinner. We received our drinks on seating right away. Our waiter, who was very attentive, asked immediately if we knew what we wanted for dinner. After replying that we would like to enjoy our drinks and chat for a while, he immediately apologized and said he would give us some time. Three or four minutes later he returned and seemed disappointed that we werent ready. When we did order a few minutes later, the food came in rapid succession. It became fairly obvious that they were hurrying to manage a second seating, and that rushed sense came close to ruining the dining experience. Our total time at the restaurant could have been 45-50 minutes if we had not dragged our feet. This is new, we havent experience that here before. We’ve become accustomed to 2 hours limits, but nothing this pace. It sort of defeated the dining experience. We will be back, but will try a later seating so we hopefully can sit back and enjoy our meal.

   3 of us had the Porchetta Special and it was fabulous. Good wine but my first choice was no longer available. Service good. A little pricey but worth it.

    we held a business meeting at Acero, and it was fantastic. The setting was spot-on—classy yet comfortable—creating the perfect environment to focus on conversations while enjoying an incredible dining experience. The staff, especially our waiter, was top-notch—attentive, professional, and made the evening seamless. The highlight of the night was the four-course meal. Every dish was superb, but the second course, the Raviolo, stole the show. It was hands down the best dish of the evening—bursting with flavor and executed to perfection. Each course felt carefully thought out and beautifully presented. The wine selection was also impressive, with great options that complemented the meal perfectly. Acero is an outstanding choice for business meetings or any special occasion. We left thoroughly impressed and can’t wait to return on my next trip to St. Louis.
