Served daily in the majestic, naturally-lit surroundings of the hotel’s dining room, The Lanesborough Grill, afternoon tea is accompanied by a pianist at weekends.

Truly a magical experience, especially for the gluten free crowd. Nibbles were outstanding, and the afternoon tea blend is a must! A really splendid afternoon tea, I highly recommend. Beautiful room, fantastic service, and just a lovely way to cap off an afternoon!

The afternoon was lovely although, very pricey for the food/sweets. We were still very glad to took the time for a traditional afternoon tea service. Service was excellent and the tea was delicious.

I visited with my friend for her birthday. Everything was amazing from start to finish. We were looked after really well by all the staff and the afternoon tea itself was delicious. I really can’t recommend highly enough.

Five stars, no complaints. Bridgerton afternoon tea. Lovely hotel. Elegant surroundings. Friendly welcoming staff, excellent service and food. Definitely recommend.

The afternoon tea experience was superb. The food selection was great, the presentation was lovely, the setting is beautiful, and the foods were decadently delicious. And the service was excellent. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience, lovely presented food & the service was above and beyond. The only room for improvement would be better background music, Bridgerton theme tunes would be a good idea or even a pianist as there was a lovely piano.

Estuvo bien, pero a lo mejor teníamos unas expectativas más altas. Muy masificado . La calidad aceptable pero sin exquisiteces. Lo mejor , durante la espera, antes de entrar en la sala, pudimos observar otras estancias comunes del Hotel espectaculares que recrean el estilo clásico y distinguido del mismo.

I’ll start with the positives - the room was stunning and the live piano a lovely touch. Staff were pleasant (although service was a little slow). The food, however, was the most disappointing afternoon tea I’ve ever experienced. The bread on the sandwiches was stale and the chicken and truffled egg sandwiches were inedible - I had shell in my first bite of the egg sandwich! The salmon filling was passable, and the tiny little tart was nice. The only edible sweet treat was the chocolate one. For one of the most expensive afternoon teas in London, this was a huge disappointment!
