Served daily in the majestic, naturally-lit surroundings of the hotel’s dining room, The Lanesborough Grill, afternoon tea is accompanied by a pianist at weekends.

Tea at the Lanesborough was truly amazing! I took my mom as a final treat on a six day gift trip to London from the U.S., and the tea was definitely a highlight. From the moment we entered the beautiful hotel, we were treated literally like royalty. The elegant ambiance fit perfectly with the Bridgeton themed tea l, and the wait staff worked hard to make us feel special. The food was rich and delicious. We loved the sandwich and tea selections (the chicken, Earl Grey and Darjeeling were our favorites). The sweets were elegant and beautifully presented! We loved our entire experience at the Lanesborough tea and can’t recommend it enough.

It is a very nice experience. I took my boyfriend there as a Birthday present as he is in love with the Bridgeton series I am not a fun myself but I like a Posh place and if that’s what you are looking for it’s the right place. I would recommend it 100%

Was slightly disappointed with this afternoon tea. The sweets/cakes weren’t very nice, I feel they lacked a bit of finesse. The cocktail was delicious but other than that I was a bit disappointed. We were left for a long time towards the end and by the time they had offered more sandwiches and desserts we were a bit passed the point.

Truly a magical experience, especially for the gluten free crowd. Nibbles were outstanding, and the afternoon tea blend is a must! A really splendid afternoon tea, I highly recommend. Beautiful room, fantastic service, and just a lovely way to cap off an afternoon!

The afternoon was lovely although, very pricey for the food/sweets. We were still very glad to took the time for a traditional afternoon tea service. Service was excellent and the tea was delicious.

I visited with my friend for her birthday. Everything was amazing from start to finish. We were looked after really well by all the staff and the afternoon tea itself was delicious. I really can’t recommend highly enough.

Five stars, no complaints. Bridgerton afternoon tea. Lovely hotel. Elegant surroundings. Friendly welcoming staff, excellent service and food. Definitely recommend.

The afternoon tea experience was superb. The food selection was great, the presentation was lovely, the setting is beautiful, and the foods were decadently delicious. And the service was excellent. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.
