    This was our first time coming here and it happened to be for Thanksgiving. All of the food was absolutely amazing and the service impeccable. We will definitely be going back to try their regular menu.

    Fabulous restaurant, food and staff!!! An alarm was going off in another part of the building that couldn’t be silenced - but not the fault of the restaurant.

    Delightful Thanksgiving spread. The server was a bit odd/off with his mannerism (no mention to head to the Buffett). It would be a plus to see a vegetarian entree in the future. Overall a great holiday meal.

    This was our 1st time at Agustin Kitchen; it was Thanksgiving Day and our reservation was for 12:15. For $75 a plate my expectations were highter. The selection of food was good but they were having issues in the kitchen (problems with the ovens). Food was not out in time. It happens. But the food was not hot enough, and I didn't think the carrots or beans were done enough. I also thought the dressing was over-seasoned and heavy handed with meat. My husband absolutely loved the butter poached salmon and prime rib. Exquisitely done! The mashed potatoes had too much paprika in it - the gravy, however, made it palatable for me to eat. Because I'm a baker the desserts were important - and we were expecting the traditional Pumpkin Pie with whipped topping. Unfortunately, the cookies were dry and brittle; the chocolate cake was also very dry. We had to ask if there was pumpkin pie. Our server (Victoria) was great! She went in the kitchen and served us the requested pie. Those pesky ovens ... the pie was warm so that's why it wasn't set out (and cool as it is typically served). A shame. For $75 we expected more -

    We’ve been here many times in the past and enjoy it. This trip was a huge disappointment. The only vegetarian item on the menu was not available so the vegetarian in our group had to pick off side options to make their meal, very reminiscent of the 70’s. After we placed our order, our server disappeared, and we didn’t see him so we felt our food was sitting around because by the time it was brought to the table 3 of the four mains were barely warm. We ordered a second round of drinks, again our server disappeared so we had to ask someone else to bring our drinks (that we could see sit on the bar) to us. Overall for the price it was charged all of us found it a disappointment.

    Great ambience and location. The food was great; a little pricey for breakfast items but was quality & fresh. Service was attentive & friendly.
