We went the day after Valentine’s Day because there were no opening’s available on the 14th. Our waitress, Kinsey, was prompt and attentive. I ordered a Cherry Mash off of the “special drinks” list of the weekend. Kinsey asked how I liked it. I told her it was O.K..It was not something I would order again. She offered to replace it. I said I knew it would be something I never had and that it was ordered at my risk, not theirs. (Plus I was the designated driver limiting my alcohol intake.) My wife ordered the Surf & Turf, which she thoroughly enjoyed. I enjoyed my prime rib, done to a perfect medium. We ordered desert to take home. I ordered the carrot cake. Alas, the only thing “carrot” about it was the orange frosting piped carrot. The dry cake had absolutely no flavor, no carrot shreds, nuts, raisins, or spices. Having had had carrot cake previously at AJ’s, I was quite disappointed. Overall, the entrees and service were good. The drink issue is a matter of personal taste and preference over which a restaurant has no control. The cake on the other hand is within the control of the restaurant. We will be back

Steaks were overcooked and of mediocre quality. Our server was very good, Olivia, but for the cost this experience was below expectations.

Steaks were overcooked which is a big deal at a steakhouse. Good service and good drinks.

We asked for a quiet booth and were seated next to a "server station" pulpit with a full light on. We asked to be moved, but even though the restaurant was less than half full, we were told that there was nothing else available away from a "server station". They did not give us the option of waiting at the bar with a drink, or any other option at all. We drove almost 3 hours for this reservation, told them that, and they treated us like crap on a cow field! The food there is quite good, but the service is AWFUL! We weren't visited by the manager, as we've been in the past, but disregarded as if we were in a fast food restaurant! Sad to see their potential wasted. We won't ever be going back and will voice our opinions so everyone isn't as disappointed as we were!

We were there for a birthday and an anniversary celebration that we have for the past 5 years. Spencer wasn’t our server but he sang happy birthday to Roxi and gave us a price of cheesecake to celebrate. Really appreciated that from him.

AJs is the best! The food was amazing and out server Brian was attentive and friendly. We started with a shrimp cocktail and let me tell you, the cocktail sauce is the best I've ever had! We then had the filet deburgo with a loaded potato and the sea bass with risotto, So delicious! Then we ended the night with a smoked old fashioned and chocolate drizzle cheesecake. Can't wait to go back!

We had reservations got seated immediately. It took a bit for our waitress to get to us but she was really great and we had really great service. Our food was really good. We had steaks and a pasta dish and every one thought entrees were good.
