   We arrived 15 minutes early for Christmas Eve and they made us wait until 5:30 exactly while we watched others come in and get seated. They said our booth/table was being prepared and we thought it was a poorly run restaurant telling us that is why we had to wait until the exact time of our reservation because the table was not ready. The waiter was working the whole area and not as attentive on refilling drinks. He was very friendly though and my family tipped him well in spite of the experience. Food was good. Everyone enjoyed it. We are trying again on Christmas so we will see how that goes.

   There are many reasons to LOVE this restaurant. Let's start with the ambiance. Q-U-I-E-T! It's so nice to have a place to eat great food and also be able to have a conversation. The booths are very roomy and comfortable. The service is great and attentive and give you honest opinions. And the walnut bread is superior. LOL The food is top notch. We frequent a lot of very high-end restaurants while we are in Las Vegas. We ALWAYS go to Alder and Birch. WHY? The steaks are so tender and juicy, the lobster is HUGE and the crab is very unique in that you do NOT have to work to get the bites out of the shell. Legs ONLY!! No need to get your hands messed up. And where else can you get Filet Mignon AND 8-10 oz lobster TAIL for $75! It is truly amazing. And YES the lobsters are really that big!! Yeah, I know a lot of you want to go to the "famous name" restaurants but you are really really missing out if you haven't tried Alder and Birch. Trish

   We got the Porterhouse for 2 with the lobster tail and then Boursin mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus with Parmesan. It was exquisite. It was the best deal for two people to get the porterhouse there and I highly recommend it. The lobster tail was more-ish too. Everything was exquisite.

   The food was outstanding. We ordered the seafood tower, chopped salad, Chilean sea bass, boursin mashed potatoes, bread pudding, and creme brulee. We will be back. Drew took great care of us.

   Anna always greets with a huge smile, the manager, Sanela, immediately welcomed us, our favorite dishes (shrimp cocktail, risotto, crab cakes, chopped salad, wedge, and oyaters) and drinks (dirty martinis) were fast and delicious. Perrect temperature. Andrea, Drew, and David make you feel like family!

   Celebrating my birthday! It was so nice. Loved everything about the drinks, food and service. Very quiet so you could talk easily. Gave us some cake to celebrate and it was delicious ! Highly recommend this place!

    This was a delicious meal for 7 people that mostly included steaks and seabass. We were all very impressed with the food; however, not impressed with the cost . I sent my group a published menu with prices ahead of time so they could decide if this was a restaurant they could afford as well as if there was anything that they would like to order for their meal. The menu that was given to us in the restaurant did not list the same prices. In fact, they were exorbitantly higher. It was disgusting. High marks for the rest of the dining experience, but it was hard getting past the sticker shock. Terry Cole
