   We went for lunch and food was sad! I went with great expectations and head out disappointed! Ppl is very nice but food wasn’t right, as a positive feedback :)

   It was a wonderful dining experience. Service was excellent and food came fairly fast. Very nice touch for them to present a nicely placed dessert plate for the birthday boy (young man). Enjoyed the complimentary appetizer and cotton candy too.

   I am grateful for the high level of hospitality of the reception and the table staff. In addition to the easy-to-understand explanation of the recommended menu, they responded quickly to our request at the payment. Thank you so much for taking care of us at your busy time.    It was my sons birthday, he really wanted wagyu steak so we came here. The staff was so involved in the creation of an amazing experience. Kitty was our service she was so sweet and answered all the questions we had on the different kinds of steak options. We were given many amazing recommendations and at the end of the meal we were surprised with a Prosecco toast and a small chocolate devils cake to cheers my son’s birthday. The environment was lovely and the product was as amazing as we had predicted. 10 out of 10 recommend !

   The ambiance balances upscale sophistication with a warm, welcoming feel, making it ideal for both special occasions and a memorable night out. We went with the Omakase which offered a variety of options from the menu but the star was obviously the Wagyu, which was incredibly tender and paired well with the variety of salts, adding a unique, personalized touch to each bite. Our server was attentive and happy to offer recommendations that were spot-on. Yes, it’s a bit of a splurge, but for anyone looking to treat themselves to a high-end steakhouse experience, Alexander’s is worth a try.

   When we asked for a minor adjustment to the meal, the server told us that the chef was very particular and it needed to stay as is. We waited a long time for the steaks because they said their cooking method was low and slow. None of them was done to the right doneness. The meals are presented by multiple people. The nice thing at the end was the surprise cotton candy - kids loved it. Go to Flemings. A better value and experience.
