   VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE. We are regular customers here and last night the experience was really bad. We sat at the table by the fireplace - our regular table. Our waiter last night NEVER pour us our wine, NEVER came and ask how was the food - the burger was a total disaster, it was overcooked and dry!! the waiter NEVER seems to bother to ask if we want anything else, he simply walked by and took the unfinished burger without even asking how was the burger. When my husband addressed him, he was just rude and replied with attitude. He was lucky that we still tipped him. We will not come back for a while, hope you train your staffs to be more "professional" and pay more attention to diners. I'm sure knowing that the tipping is quite enforced perhaps the waiter didn't care to serve to earn the tip. JUST AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

   Service between meals was a bit long (3 hours overall for an entry and main dish) but beside that it was great ! Very good food and ambiance was there with a singer and guitare lounge style of music. I recommend

   Tout était très bien,le service avec le beau sourire nous mettait en confiance,nous expliquait le menu en détails. C'était vraiment parfait et très bon. Merci beaucoup....

   We had a great dinner at Altitude. Our food was prepared to our liking and the portions were generous. We ordered the focaccia bread as an appetizer that was mediocre but our entrees were excellent. My only disappointment is the selection. I’d love to see separate seafood items - ie salmon, sea bass… vs medleys of scallops, shrimp, mussels … while as an option that would be ok, it would be nice to be able to order just scallops if you didn’t like the other pairings. Service and staff were excellent. The free play downstairs was greatly appreciated too!

    Notre serveur Dory était au petit soin. Ma femme a pris une bavette qui était délicieuse et la cuisson était parfaite. Le point négatif était le rosti qui n'en était pas. Moi j'ai pris le tartare de boeuf qui était bon. Le groupe de musique était top vraiment très agréable à écouter pendant le dîner. Bonne expérience.
