Amuse is a seasonal, farm to table driven restaurant, located on the third floor of the museum. Whether you are dining in our main dining room, full-service bar, or our private dining room, you will be able to take in sweeping views of the Robins Sculpture Garden and the museum’s Cochrane Atrium. Our team works diligently to provide a menu that is directly inspired by the art-filled surroundings, current exhibitions, and seasonality while also carefully selecting only the finest ingredients from local vendors, artisans, and farmers. Just a friendly reminder that the museum does not allow balloons, confetti, glitter, plants potted with soil, and candles with open flames. As always dinner at Amuse was absolutely delicious. My sister & I shared the Fried Oyster appetizer & we ordered the Scallops & the Mushroom Cassoulet. The appetizer was flavorful & cooked perfectly. The entrees were both a wonderful combination of complimentary flavors. The ambience was pretty quiet for a Thursday evening & the service was courteous & welcoming. As always it is a pleasure to dine at Amuse.

Lunch was fabulous! Service, food and atmosphere exceeded our expectations. One great feature of Amuse is the low noise level enhancing the overall dining experience A very enjoyabe lunch.

Wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion. Every staff member from hostess to waiter helped to make our birthday celebration enjoyable. The food was SPECTACULAR. We tried two different appetizers, sweet potato and a beets dish and loved each one. We also tried the butternut squash soup and the braised beef rib and they were excellent. I highly recommend trying this place!

I got a vegetarian dish that was a very small serving and may have cost approximately $1.50 to make. Yet I was charged over $20 for this dish. This is why I cannot say I received a good value for my money. My companion had a very nice chicken sandwich. The ruby port and desserts were delightful!

Perfect place for a Sunday Brunch! We had some the best quiche that we have ever eaten! The service was superb and we were in an art gallery…perfect!
