   It’s been one of my favourite spots for a long time Today was a below par experience given the high expectations I have whenever I come here and based on past visits The oysters were disappointingly small and the fruits were tasteless The eggs Benedict, bacon, salads and desserts were outstanding as always And the service was attentive and courteous This is a great place and I will surely be back My feedback is only to ensure that you guys don’t lose focus on the details and allow that to disproportionately distort to overall experience

   Very strict on time slot allocated as we were late. Put a bill on our table not even reaching 1.5 hours meal time. No flexibility. Being mean to ask us to leave even we were rushing to finish our brunch and about o leave. Every server looked at us at strange eyes and we could strongly feel servers were talking behind us signalling we should leave, returning them the table back asap. The way the server team and manager did was not professional. Been a returned customer. Won’t go anymore. It was our birthday reservation and celebration. They ruin it totally :( Not a good experience.

   Had a great experience, with the staff being attentive with all our needs. The table overlooking the waterfall was wonderful on a sunny afternoon, and the food was delicious.

   The entire ambient is very nice, the river, the falls… then you have the food, very well done. Everything we order was delicious (mushroom risotto, shrimp sandwich, salmon, panacota). The waiter was very nice as well, so attentive - I regret not asking his name to be able to mention here. We will be returning to try the brunch, it seems amazing 😊

   Apps and entrees were good- desserts were okay. Service was superb. We asked for a quiet table because guest of honour was elderly. We were told the restaurant would not be busy so a quiet table wouldn’t be a problem. NOT! The section we were seated in was packed and loud! Yet the rest of the restaurant was basically empty. Ruined the night for the birthday girl!! Don’t promise what you can’t fulfill.

    Great experience. We rounded off our Mill tour with Ancaster and will definitely be back - by far our favourite of the 3. Service was slow. Clearing of plates, resetting of cutlery and drink refills. No real issues - just slow enough to notice based on our expectations from the other locations. Loved that duck was offered! Chicken and waffles, oysters and the passion fruit meringues were also a few of our favourites. Restaurant layout and atmosphere is absolutely stunning. Staff was very friendly and welcoming
