    We dined in the evening and the lighting was very dark. We asked to move to a table with better lighting and they accommodated. A few dishes were quite good and a few just ok. But our server was excellent. She was knowledgeable, attentive and very nice.

    We were early for our res so they seated us early & our waiter was amazing. The whole evening was pretty perfect. Food delicious. Lots of room. Quiet but lively. Loved it all!

    Food was beautiful. My family wished that dark meat (turkey) and pecan pie were available. The corkage (and wine list) is outrageously expensive

    My fiancée and I got engaged on the Montage property and then got dinner at Apex. The staff at Apex made it so special and upgraded us to a private snow globe. Staff were knowledgeable of the food and the food was amazing. Definitely a great dinner for a special evening!
