We aim to give you an unforgettable feeling when you taste our food, taking you to the various regions of Puglia, have you been? If not, then its time to go there ... of course, through us! Or feel free to visit our main branch in Bari, where we have had years of experience creating wonderful dishes, which we now bring to you in London.The most important ingredients that we use in creating our dishes are actually imported directly from local producers and farmers from the Puglia region.We use very little yeast in our dough for both our homemade bread and pizzas and the proving process is a minimum of 72 hours.We, Sassa & Sons, are bringing Italian style cooking to you using our grandma’s recipes, unchanged in every way.

                                                                                                      Sometimes Italian menus can be interchangeable - not so at Apulia - this has some really interesting variations for starters and pastas. Dishes were delicious and staff very accomodating when I had ordered the wrong item in my poor Italian - it was swiftly replaced by what i meant to order! Not cheap - but then nowhere good is these days!
