L'Atlas propose le meilleur de la cuisine américaine saisonnière à l'influence européenne, mettant l'accent sur les ingrédients frais provenant des fermes locales. Situé dans le The St. Regis Atlanta, ce restaurant vous fera découvrir une expérience culinaire inégalée du Capitole au Sud. Il est en outre dirigé par les chefs encensés Gerry Klaskala et Christopher Grossman, ainsi que par le responsable général Jason Babb.                           Best Thanksgiving experience our family has ever had. The ambience in the room was warm, friendly and comfortable. The service was attentive and the food was delicious. The only wrong choice you can make on the menu is a pistachio dessert that is served in a puff pastry that looks like a bagel. I can honestly say I don’t think I have ever ordered a dessert and not eaten it because it just wasn’t good. Had no flavor and didn’t present well either. Everyone else’s desserts were amazing and we all shared. Hoping to make Atlas a new Thanksgiving tradition l.

                          Despite letting them know , they had very few options available for someone who is vegetarian and gluten free. I expect a Michelin star restaurant to do better than that esp when I’m being charged the crazy price . Very disappointed.
