After reading the stellar reviews, we were excited to try a new restaurant. If only our experience would have resembled those reviews. The ambiance of the restaurant is on point. The music and lighting were perfect. That is where it stopped. After we were seated, it took approximately 10 minutes for someone to come over, lay the menus in the middle of the table, and walk without uttering a word. We finally flagged someone over to place our order. We ordered two cocktails and wings for the appetizer. The wings arrived promptly and were nice and hot. They looked beautiful and so flavorful. They were not. They had a great crunch, but the sauce lacked any flavor. It was supposed to be Harissa & Apricot. We ordered the Chicken Shish Kebab and the Grilled Lamb Rack for entrees. I will say that the Chicken Shish Kebab was incredibly flavorful, and I enjoyed it. The lamb seemed more like boiled, not grilled. It also wholly lacked flavor. The couscous was extremely undercooked, and there were no pine nuts or pomegranates in the dish. Our cocktails finally arrived and were just as disappointing. Finally, we flagged our waiter to ask for the check. He tapped around on the handheld machine and then turned it around to us. No word was spoken, even though an automatic 20% gratuity was added to our ticket. Regarding pricing, the cost is comparable to the amount of food you are served, but not the quality. There are far better options for Mediterranean food in the DFW area.

We had a great time celebrating my wife’s birthday at Baboush. The food was incredible, and they worked with us to produce some non-vegetarian items as vegetarian. We had a great time and loved the food. Even my 13 year old who is rarely impressed, was impressed.

The fresh food is what keeps us going back to Baboush and enjoy their Chef’s Hummus, Dolma, and Beef Cigars. For the first time, we tried the Shawarma Bowl - chicken and lamb. Both were AMAZING! The lemonade drinks are AWESOME!

Great food , amazing service, in a wonderful atmosphere. This is my 2nd time and I would definitely come back again. Reasonably priced for such a great experience!

Go at night. The lanterns and dim lighting make for a romantic and cozy vibe. Food was delicious and came out quickly! Service is excellent and they are very attentive and friendly. We will be back soon!

We have dined here twice and both times were enjoyable. The singer is very versatile and sings in many languages. Highly recommend.

Very good food. The waiters were very attentive and friendly. We sat outside because it was a very nice evening. The inside looked pleasant and welcoming, it would be better for larger groups inside. We had lamb couscous, wings, the appetizer platter, kibbeh, Tea pot, and took desert to go. My favorite? The red pepper with walnuts and pomegranates dip muhammara. The mezza plate is a good sampler to try several things.
