My overall experience was great! I went for Valentine’s Day and this was my first time eating at Bangkok Station. For entree, I had the Whole Snapper, which was good and my other half had the duck which was also good. The drinks were STRONG! I ordered a Hennessy Margarita and my other half ordered an Old Fashioned and they both was hitting!! Overall, Bangkok Station was a good experience

We were here for my sister’s birthday and had an amazing time! The staff and the food were both excellent! Making this my go to spot!

Went on a Sunday night and had an incredibly pleasant dining experience. Very calm atmosphere and had wonderful service from our server, Friday. Would highly recommend!

The food was good, and the place looked amazing. However, it took them about 10 minutes to get us seated. Afterward, our server took our order, only for us to have to wait about 15 minutes for our drinks and almost 40 minutes for our food. I'll give it to them; they were busy, but we shouldn't have had to wait that long to get our order. It was quite frustrating. I would go again, but maybe on a weekday.

It’s a beautiful space with great ambiance. The food was delicious, from the complimentary bread with curry sauce(delicious!) and the spring rolls to the main dishes, everything was wonderful!

Bangkok Station has been our Christmas Day tradition for the past 4 years. Sadly, because of the service, we will be taking a break from this restaurant for 2025. First, let me say that the restaurant was busy, but no more so than in the past. There were three of us. We had a 7:15p reservation and were seated within 20 minutes of our arrival (which was around 7:10p). The host was doing her best to take care of everyone as quickly as possible. After we were seated, we were told our server was the host's son and he would take good care of us. Everything was fine at first. We ordered drinks and an appetizer to share. It took a LONG time for the drinks to come and each time we asked our server about them, he didn't really know how to respond. The appetizer came. The drinks finally came. And, at that point, we ordered our entrees. By the time we eventually got our entrees, everyone around us had been seated, ordered, eaten, and left. I have been in the service industry before. I understand that things happen. However, there was NO communication. All the servers ignored us, including our own server. All they had to do was explain the delay, but they chose not to say anything at all. Eventually, the HOST (not the server) brought us something "complimentary" to hold us over, and seemed to be the only person remotely interested in taking care of us at all. She was the only person that said or did anything, but still never explained anything. Everyone else did not want to make eye contact with us. Even the guy who was "acting" like a manager. Also, the table next to us was treated the same way. If they had only told us what was happening... (sigh). I will miss this tradition. If you like Thai inspired food and extremely slow and silent service...go. Otherwise, there are new traditions to make.

We had a Christmas Day reservation but did not eat there because they had an 83 (B) food sanitation rating.

Our drinks were delicious, we just grabbed an appetizer. The spring rolls were a little cold but they were still good. We’ll definitely come back.

We ate there Christmas Day 2024. We asked for ice water and I ordered a glass of wine. The wine was served and we had to ask for water again. I was seated by the hot window and had to request water again!!! They were NOT busy and could have been more attentive. I ordered vegan Pad Thai with tofu and it was served with egg. The server had the kitchen make it again. It tasted the same with some overpowering spice and it was too sweet. I ate three or four bites and asked for a take home box as my husband was finished with his meal. I will throw the leftovers away when I get home. First and last trip here!!! The best thing there was the complimentary rolls! Poor service!
