   We’ve been going here for as long as I can remember. It’s always been our number one in Central Pennsylvania Tonight we went for a special Christmas evening with friends. First, Lindsey the bartender was rude when we arrived. Then she ended up being our waitress. No personality. Not friendly or warm. Our meals were average at best. Filet. So so. Chicken piccata boring. Osso bucco tough. This has been our favorite restaurant in Central Pennsylvania for so many years. We were shocked. They had a wedding on the first floor, which maybe took away all the attention. We are very sad as Belvedere was the gold standard for Central Pennsylvania. Lindsey ruined the evening from the start. Service has always Been number one there. What happened???

   Zach was awesome! Super knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth, expert on the menu, and great sense of humor! Food is excellent!! Ambiance, decor, vibe, lighting, and furniture is perfect! Top notch restaurant in every way. Will go again, and again, and again!

   Everything was on point. Friendly hostess sat us promptly and addressed our parking concerns. Happy birthday name card was at my husband’s seat . Waiter was very attentive and accommodating. Food was delicious made to our perfection. The atmosphere was adorned In festive Christmas attire as the fireplace gave off a warm flow.

   We enjoyed dinner in the outdoor “igloo”. While it was quiet and charming, it was actually quite chilly and very tight quarters - we may have been more comfortable inside. Belvedere’s food is always top notch but all 5 of us agreed that everything was far too salty (like many American restaurants). Better flavor could be achieved with more herbs and less salt. Our server seemed a bit stressed and impatient but it was a very busy evening.

   The food was wonderful as always. The waiter Jimmy was aloof, he only would look and talk to my husband, refused to look at or acknowledge that I was there. It was a very odd experience and simply rude. It was most evident when we ordered dessert and he ran away so fast my husband had to call him back to order an espresso for me. It was a disappointment considering the cost and hopes for a nice evening, it really made the evening a frustrating experience. We love the restaurant but would not want to go back to have that happen again.

   Wonderful experience for our Anniversary! The food, ambience, and service were exceptional! We celebrated in the rooftop glass villas - so elegant! Would highly recommend!!

    First time visitors and will for sure not be our last! My wife and I sat upstairs for our 8:15 reservation. The host was very friendly and outgoing, starting our night off on a great first experience .We were promptly welcomed by our server. Nice wine selections, crafty cocktails, and the food was very well prepared and presented. The atmosphere was dim-lit, cozy, yet elegant. The server checked in on us at the appropriate times, ensuring we were enjoying our meals while also respecting our privacy. A few other guests were a little loud at the bar, but that happens sometimes and it didn't ruin our experience. Can't wait to go back with family and friends!
