   Reservation were at 7:15 and didn’t get sat until 8:00 Service was horrible waited forever for drinks then they were the wrong drinks and had to wait again once we got the drinks we put our order in along with appetizers and the appetizers didn’t come out until the chef was almost done cooking the main meal just an overall bad experience server wouldn’t pay attention to us.

   Food was good, the place just seemed disorganized. They stuck us in a room and felt like we we forgotten.

   We had a 6:15 reservations with 2 young children. We waited for 55 min when we were told 25 min at the beginning (which is still a long wait) everything took forever. The bartenders were slow. The kids were hungry and we were told an app for them would be 35 min….but we should have been sat down before that so we decided not to get anything. Which was clearly a mistake because they were starving. We were there till 9:10 because of how slow, not sure I could ever do or go there again.

   I wish our server explained further what was invluded in our six course dining. We were mixed with a group of people who diid not choose tje 5 or 6 course meal sp nobody ordered ice cream but my group got confused whether ice cream was part of our course or not. Even the tea was not offered

   We normally have a great experience especially at this location. Unfortunately that was not the case this time. Our hibachi cook was very boring didn't try to put on a show. He over cooked our lobster and shrimp and under cooked our steaks. He served my steak to me still cold in the middle and seemed upset when I told him and asked him to cook it longer. Others had similar issues with the doneness of their steaks. Was not happy.
