   I’ve been going to Benihana for many years and this was the worst experience. I had a reservation and when I checked in I was told they were 30 minutes behind. I asked to be seated with my two kids in the sushi room. I was using my birthday coupon and didn’t realize I was ordering a promotional deal. I get that it says no promotional deals on the coupon but I wish my server mentioned that the coupon wouldn’t be valid with the meal I ordered. I would of had no problem ordering something else. My main course was missing the shrimp appetizer and the fried rice came 30 minutes after our meal. I had to take it to go since my kids were getting restless. Both meals came with ice cream but the server only brought one order. I also had to ask for a to go container several times. I explained my experience with the manager and she seemed hesitant to do anything on the spot and said she would extend my birthday coupon. I was pleased that she gave me some discount to compensate this poor experience. I was hesitant to leave a tip but I know people have bad days. Unfortunately I left with a bad experience and now don’t have a desire to go back which makes me sad since this has been a long standing tradition to celebrate birthdays at Benihana.

   Fun, good foods. I always come here to celebrate my birthday every year and some some occasional dinner night. Always have fun and enjoy good foods.

   From the time of seating to the time we got our food was over an hour. We had a chef that didn’t know what he was doing. As he started cooking we were told they were short of chefs that night. I was a little disappointed with my whole experience.

   From Las Vegas and Benihana was not even a comparison to Sapporo or ojah. $240 and everything tasted the same. Shrimp chicken fillet Rice didn’t even have onion and barely any egg. Can Honestly say really let down considering how the restaurant was recommended
