   We were seated 20 mins after our appointed time and our chef did not start until an hour later. The service was slow and the table in front of us was seated after us and were serviced before our table. Our high expectations were definitely not met due to the poor quality of service and it was an embarrassment to bring my family as it was their first time experiencing this restaurant.

   8:30 reservation and sat immediately. Everyone ordered as soon as a waitress attended to the table. Took exactly 55 minutes for a chef to start cooking. Highly disappointed in how long we had to wait for our meals to begin cooking.

   We really enjoyed our experience at Benihana! We had two birthday celebrants and a first timer in our party, and everyone felt very special and celebrated. Joseph was an excellent chef and the food was fabulous!!

   No point in making a reservation because they didn’t follow it. Arrived at 837 pm for a 845 reservation . At 9pm I inquired about that status of my table. The host stated they just sat the 745pm reservations and were behind schedule (at no point did they notify me of this when I initially arrived). The lack of communication with customers is very unprofessional.

   We booked on OpenTable for 6:30PM. When we arrived to check in, the host told us we had to still wait another 40 minutes to be seated. That doesn’t make sense? Why have a reservation, to then be told to wait. So we waited, and finally got sat at 7:20PM. When we sat down, the waiter took our orders and when he came back, he overloaded his tray with too many drinks, and broke the beer on the grill, which caused glass to be all over the grill we would soon have our food cooked on. No one came to the grill with a sense of urgency, it was like no one knew how to clean cooked beer off a grill. Eventually, the chef came to cook our food, but at this point it was almost 8:00PM by the time we started too eat. When he was reading off our orders, the waiter forgot to type on 1 of our fried rices, which resulted in them asking the back to make a special one for our group. Overall experience was horrible, the wait was pointless since we had a reservation, and we walked out at almost 9:30PM. Side-note: nothing was comp’t even though the managers knew about the chaos. Steve Aioki come get your restaurant back in order.

    Fun dinner, a bit overpriced though. Steak was good chicken was overcooked and our chef George must’ve been kind of new, he didn’t do all the tricks and for the most part just cooked the meals
