The cook got my husband’s order all wrong was serving one man at the table correctly and he didn’t even leave the cook a tip the tables are small as heck we were tight didn’t get a show it was my daughters birthday and the table next to us was more live for one young man’s birthday. Parking was nasty no parking at all horrible time won’t ever go back

It was terrible, had a 6:30 reservation, did not get seated til 8. Food was terrible and service was bad and way too expensive. I will never go back.

I'm a regular @ Benihana Bethesda. Our server Vilma is very attentive and helpful. She is always on point. Never misses a beat. She always takes care of my family and guests. She is my go to waitress. Dol was our cook for the 1st time and I have to say he was Excellent. I've never had him before and he was AWESOME! I highly recommend both Vilma & Dol.

The food here is very fresh and flavorful! My partner, and I both ordered the fillet mignon, and we're more than impressed with how amazing it was, paired with the fresh vegetables and chicken fried rice. I'll definitely be making a trip back

I had a reservation for 8:15 arrived to see a lobby full of people who had the same reservations. The restaurant overbooks and caused significant delays in seating. I drove and hour to eat here arrived before 8:15 only to be seated at 8:45 at an overcrowded table with barely enough room to move, loud and cold you could barely hear anyone speak. I will not be coming back.

Expressed my allergy several times as far as shellfish and proceed to give me shrimp several times Waiter was all over the place and got everyone at the table order wrong multiple times Think I’ll just stick to hibachi

Our chef was very tired, did not season the food, did not cook the mushrooms long enough, they were still raw. One lady at our never received any food, the chef forgot about her. Normally when we eat at Benihana the food is delicious but not last night.
