Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire unique ! Vous serez assis en groupe à des tables communes, où votre chef personnel manipulera devant vous l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef élabore devant vous ses créations culinaires, steak savoureux, poulet tendre ou fruits de mer succulents, qui ne manqueront pas de combler votre palais et de ravir vos yeux.     Our reservation was at 6:45, we PATIENTLY checked back at 7:10 then at 7:30 and they realized they skipped over us. When they finally sat us at 8pm, the group of 5 with us was also supposed to be seated at 7pm. The chef Justin was amazing, he put life back into the table & the food was great which is the only thing that gets a decent review. Our waitress was irritated that we were irritated and she was very busy with other tables. We never got anything unless we asked for it and not a single thing got taken away, we had piles of dirty dishes and trash on the table. We felt like when we asked for water refills or a napkin or silverware- we were such an annoyance to her. We have been to Benihana’s many times but this time really sucked. The chef started actually cooking at 8:45 and by 9:30 the whole table was pretty much ready to leave. They did give us a $30 discount but when we are also given an attitude the entire dinner- it wasn’t enough. Especially when we still tipped 20% on the entire dinner before the discount. The bathrooms were disgusting, over flowing with trash and no toilet paper in the women’s restroom. Trash on the floor everywhere throughout the restaurant and the employees standing around including the manager would just walk past without picking it up. At 9:30 we asked for the check and to go boxes and didn’t even get to pay til about 9:55. My 12 yr old said, “I have to be in bed in 5 minutes” and the whole table laughed. The waitress tried to make it better by saying that this always happens. If that were the truth then they should stop overbooking themselves. We did feel bad that she was very busy but it also sucks when we pay almost $200 for a not so great experience.

    Waited over 30 minutes past reservation to get table. Would have experienced longer wait but confronted the manager as one of us was handicapped and tired of standing and we had two children who were becoming very restless. When we finally had dinner the food was great and the chef at our table did an outstanding job. The reservation system needs to be improved.

    Our server was amazing and gave excellent service. She was on top of refills, explained the menu in detail and was very sweet . However, we had a really poor experience to start. Our reservation was at 6:30 and the restaurant was over an hour behind so we didn’t get sat until 730. I manage a high end restaurant in the area and I understand that reservations get behind. However, it was the fact that no managers were present at the front to talk to all the upset guests. The hosts were left by themselves to be yelled at by all the upset people. After we were seated, no managers touched the table to check in or apologize for the wait. It was extremely unprofessional. We brought in an ice cream cake for my sisters birthday and it clearly said baskin Robbin’s on it and I told the host it was ice cream and needed to go in the freezer. When the cake was brought to us at the end, it was completely melted. I’m not sure if it was left out or put in the fridge instead of the freezer but the whole cake was ruined. I am aware it was an extremely busy valentines weekend but there were a lot of things that could have made our experience better.

    Amazing chef and food! This restaurant needs to limit the amount of reservations they allow to avoid falling behind on reservation times. We had to wait two hours past our initial reservation time for a table.

    I don’t know if having a reservation is worthwhile if you have to wait an hour after reservation time to be seated.

    We had a confirmed reservation for 7:00 pm and arrived on time. We were seated a little after 8:00 pm. By 8:50 pm we still hadn’t met our chef and decided to leave.
