Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire unique ! Vous serez assis en groupe à des tables communes, où votre chef personnel manipulera devant vous l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef élabore devant vous ses créations culinaires, steak savoureux, poulet tendre ou fruits de mer succulents, qui ne manqueront pas de combler votre palais et de ravir vos yeux. Vous pourrez aussi déguster des sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et apprécier un cocktail spécial. Le Benihana Chandler se trouve dans les magasins périphériques du Chandler Fashion Center, le haut lieu du shopping de la région, juste à côté de l'autoroute 101 sur Chandler Blvd. Il est proche du Chandler Center for the Performing Art ainsi que du musée du chemin de fer d'Arizona. Vous pourrez profiter d'une Happy Hour, du lundi au jeudi de 17h00 à 19h00 et le vendredi entre 14h00 et 17h00.

we had a reservation for 7:30 we were finally seated at 8:15….food was fabulous our chef at table Justin was amazing! our waitress at table (sorry forgot her name ) was very attentive !

Took over 3 hours to get seated and get our food. Food felt rushed ! This is the 3rd time it happens !

We had a reservation for 6:45. Upon arrival we were told that everything was running 30 Minutes behind. We were finally seated at 7:45 - one hour late. It then took another 45 minutes for our table to have a chef show up. He was awe and our food was great but the restaurant was managed extremely poorly and our server was spread too thin to be able to actually keep on top of our table. Unfortunately we probably win not be returning.

Food good, chef great, problem was we had reservation through open table at 7:30, seated at 8:30, food began cooking at 9:40. Felt a little hangry by the time we got to eat. Kinda took fun out of it all.

I’m writing this review because I want to acknowledge the young woman at the hostess stand. There must have been a problem with the reservation booking system as they were very overbooked. Every person had to wait at least 35 minutes to be seated. The amount of abuse she got from rude customers was horrible. She handled every complaint with grace. No matter how often they came back, demanded answers. There was even a group of men that were so rude and demanded free food!! Then proceed to sit on their phones while their food was being prepared in front of them. Thank You to our server, the hostess and our chef.

Benihana was extremely busy tonight. I made a reservation for 6pm and was seated by 6:10pm. The overall dining experience took 2 hours from being seated to paying for our meal. We waited almost 30-40 minutes for the chef to start making the food after receiving our soup/salad. I hadn't been to Benihana in over a year and noticed their prices had increased and the portions seemed a bit smaller than normal.

Waited an hour and a half before the chef even came to our table. Our reservation was at 615 and we didn’t get the chef to our table until 8

I made a reservation and got there five minutes before we were to be seated. I checked in and the house said they’re running 40 minutes behind on their reservations confirmed my number and said that we will send you a text in waiting and speaking with other people. They had been waiting there for over an hour and a half when they were told it would be also a 40 minute wait. We ended up leaving and eating at another restaurant and we never received a text.
