   Don’t bother making a reservation at this location. We made a reservation for 6 for 7:45 last night, and arrived at 7:40. We were then told that they were running behind 45 mins to an hour behind. We come back at 8:30, and were still not sat until 9:10. We were told that the manager makes the hosts just seat anyone and everyone. The food and the service was outstanding though. Our chef Diego was AMAZING! He was so funny and entertaining, and he made our food so delicious! Our server was just as great, and they both made the experience so fun!

   Had a 7:30pm reservation. Was not seated until 8:45pm and was not served our entrees until after 10pm. It was clear that they overbook as a matter of course and the overall atmosphere suffered due to the number of angry customers. Would have skipped it had it not been my daughter’s birthday choice.

   We sat at the Teppanyaki table. Took a long time for the chef to show up and then there was way too much time between receiving our vegetables/rice and the meat. We nibbled on the rice and veggies but we were hungry so by the time the meat was cooked we didn’t have much to put with it. Also, we were celebrating my husbands birthday and another guy at the table. They celebrated the other guy but totally forgot about my husband. Not the best experience.

   Reservations for 7 PM, completely checked in @7:05, didn’t get drinks until 8:10 PM. This restaurant has management issues as every reservation that walked in was told it’d be a 30 to 45 minute delay, which turned into almost an hour back before you actually got a beverage. No apology, no free appetizer for your wait. Poor management. When you’re group of 5, trying to celebrate a birthday, you have only one option but to wait.

   Reservation was at 5:45, didn’t sit down until 6:15 at table. Dinner didn’t start cooking until 7. Horrible customer service as well.

   Such a great spot for birthdays or any group celebrations or even a date night. We had the best server, Sam, who was super sweet and helpful. We had Izzy as our chef who put on the best show. Had such a great time with the girls. Food, drinks, and vibes were 10000/10! Definitely will come back!

    Horrible experience all around. Dinner took 3 hours because of lack of staff. Restaurant was dirty and cleanlilness is not a priority anywhere. Service was horrendous probably because they were overwhelmed. Chefs were impersonable, rushed and cut corners. Food quality and portion sizes were a massive disappointment. Not worth the money in any facet. Avoid it and go to your local Asian takeout place for 90% less cost.
