   Benihana‘s was amazing experience fun. It was an awesome night for my birthday. You go with a few friends or loved ones. It’s fun and amazing watching somebody cook in front of you. The food is delicious and I plan to return again. Thank you for amazing birthday Sarah Mathe.

   I would say if there’s a restaurant that doesn’t seat your party until the entire party is there it should be this one.  The party they set us with was missing some of the people they were waiting on so we had to sit for 30 minutes until their party finally showed up before the chef even decided to start cooking. Our waiter must’ve been super busy because he kept showing up once in a blue moon, and we were constantly left without drinks. They don’t take photos anymore and it wasn’t the same.

   I’ve been to Benihana chandler many, many, many times and this was the worst. $133 for food that wasn’t good, some overcooked and some undercooked, but I can’t fully blame the chef, owners were correct but not the food allergies. He was getting started and 4 of the 7 people had food allergies which again he knew nothing about so he was cooking food in random order, some food was cold awaiting something else for another customer to be cooked. Maybe at the hostess table also ask if anyone had food allergies just in case it’s not asked at the time. Maybe start making the drive to Scottsdale which I don’t want to do but this experience, left a loyal customer a little upset. Still love the place though

   Took almost 2 hours to be served. They compensated us with an appetizer. Big deal! Total cost for 3 people, with a tip. $220.00 . Been better off leaving and going somewhere else to eat, as each serving item tasted the same. It all sucked!!! Last time I’ll ever go there to eat.

   Justin did a great job entertaining us at our table! Food was fantastic and service was excellent! Had a little bit of a wait even though we had a reservation…but it was worth the wait.

   Our cook Justin was amazing. We were celebrating our son’s 6th birthday today. We have visited this Benihana several times before with our son but Justin made our meal the most memorable. He was super engaged with our son and his cousin. They had a blast! The experience was excellent not to mention he did an awesome job cooking our food. Will request him again in the future!

   Our server was very forgetful and absent for long periods of time. We never received our dumplings and messed up on several items. Would have made the experience way better if the service was worth what we paid for.
