   This location has truly gone down. I had to get up 4 times to get service. Our food took over 1.5hrs and no one said a thing to us. The soup was cold and when telling the waiter she said “I know. When our entree finally came after I threatened to leave. It was okay. We will not return. This experience turned us off to all hibachi in the future.

   Chef Dan was amazing! He made sure to make it a special show for my kiddos first Hibachi experience. The food was delicious and plentiful.

   Sat for an hour before getting even our appetizers. Food was great but we only got onions, not all “hibachi vegetables”. Was not crazy busy but service was slow and got some orders wrong. Hoping it was a one off slow service night

   I love Benihana. Food is always great just wish the portions were a liiiiittle bit bigger.

   In all of my years (decades) of going to this Benihana, it never occurred to me to eat in the lounge. My son and I did just that and it saved us time. The server was terrific and the courses came out quickly--perfect timing.

   Our chef Dan was excellent! Everything cooked to perfection and the boys loved his magic ! Volcano and fireball were the best! Koodos to Dan the Man! Entire staff pleasant and helpful.

   Shrimp wasn't cleaned properly there was still veins in it. Food was scarce. 1 piece of meat per $35.00 plus plate. Had more rice than protein. Ate quicker then we waited. Won't be back

   We came here for a small family birthday dinner.3 of us 2 adults and 1 child. The price was 200$ just for dinner. And tip. We did not order any alcohol or appetizers. The price would have been fine but the other couple sitting in the area with us had a seafood allergy which caused the order of service to change. (They need a better way to handle that) also, the rice sat for so long while attempting to not cross contaminate for the other party that by the time we were served it was hard and crunchy, and the shrimp was chewy. I did not eat my meal I actually took everything home. It was definitely a waste and not a good birthday dinner experience at all.

    Our server was terrible, had an attitude all the way up until it was time to tip at the end of our expérience, then she decided to be civil. BUT our chef made up for everything, he was amazing!
