    We were seated 20 minutes late despite arriving early, hostess was not friendly. Told the server we have a gluten allergy, she didn’t communicate one of the dishes wasn’t GF, instead it just never came. NA drinks took 20 minutes, alcoholic drinks took another 15. Table mates left during first course because the service was so bad. Manager asked if I wanted another lemonade, I said yes, before he brought it, server asked if I wanted on, I told her the manager already asked me. Serve brought the drink, manager brought another, asked why I already had one, then manager scolded us for ordering from someone else and literally threw straws at us on the table and said “hope this is good.” Chef complained the whole time about being understaffed and how “nobody wants to work anymore”. He didn’t do any of the usual “tricks” which is part of the experience and why we chose this location to celebrate a birthday. He showed me sunflower oil and said “is this good enough?” For my gluten allergy. It was uncomfortable. He also made an error in the food which he later graciously corrected, Because server entered order wrong (I saw the ticket). I had to order ice water 3 times to receive it. Then, when the busser was clearing entrees as we were waiting for to go boxes, he took our (full!!) drinks without asking and stacked dirty plates from another guest on the food we were waiting to wrap up. The vibes were incredibly hostile all around, from each staff member. Thankfully our table mates were kind and able to laugh at the terrible experience.

    My husband, daughter, and I made reservations here for dinner a week in advance. Arrived at 6:09 for our 6:15 reservation and still didn’t get seated until 6:42. The group we were sat with were very friendly but the service was disgusting. The soup and salad took 10 minutes to come out. My daughter’s soup was placed in front of another guest and when I asked where it was the waitress sarcastically said it’s right there, as if it couldn’t be placed in front of my child. I ordered a drink and waited patiently on it. Another employee came out and asked the other guests at our table if they needed refills and I thought nothing of it. Our original waitress came back with the other guests drinks, my husband tried to get her attention and she walked away. Our chef came out at 7:25 and a waiter came out with appetizers for the other guests at the table and my husband and I tried to get his assistance, saying “excuse me”, multiple times and he walked off. We ended up leaving after only eating soup and salad and seeing our chef over an hour after our reservation time. I have been to this location more than 10 times and have never felt so disrespected. To check in with other customers, promptly serve them, and ignore my family is absolutely unacceptable. Please learn to treat all of your customers the same regardless of their skin color. To treat a recurrent customer this way who ALWAYS tips well is insane.

    Really nice time celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday. Food was amazing as always. Malik was our chef and was very pleasant and funny. We enjoyed his company while he cooked for us. Facility was very clean and the Ambiance was perfect for the occasion. Malik was very accommodating on however we wanted our food cooked. And don't want to leave out key. She was our waitress. Very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and kept up with things that we ran out of.

    The host was rude I walked in she never greeted me I had to tell her I had a reservation and when I was seated that’s when everything became better the waiter was wonderful she made sure we had everything we needed the cook was ok he really wasn’t engaging my overall experience was 50/50

    We made we made a reservation to not be seated for another two hours on top of that after we were seated we didn’t even get our order taken for another hour. We had to get up and get our own drinks. The place was filthy and the service was terrible

    Of course I don’t want to complain because I understand it was busy due to Valentine’s Day, but to be honest our experience was horrible. Why have open slots available to book if you are at capacity. To have a reservation at 9:45 and not get your food until 11:45 is insane and it’s not acceptable. This was my first time going and probably my last at this specific location. I watched people still be seated at 11:15 when they were supposed to close at 11. Definitely disappointed

    Honestly was a nightmare, even with a reservation we all had to wait an hour and a half to be seated. I never was told the chicken fried rice was an up charge and didn’t see it until the bill came. I don’t think I will be back.

    I had reservations for 8pm however I wasn’t seated until 9pm. I was told the wait would be 20 minutes but it was not. When I arrived on time for my reservations I was told they still haven’t seated the 7pm or 7:15. I booked reservations for 8pm and the chef arrived at our station at 10pm this was extremely inconvenient and acceptable! This is the second time I’ve had to wait an extended time with reservations, my time is valuable to me but clearly not at Benihana.

    Tbh it was my first time nd last the service suck the manager look like he on drugs they need to up grade everything because this wasn’t it poor everything this restaurant need to be shut down until they get everything together !
