Bienvenue au restaurant Benihaba, qui vous fera vivre une expérience culinaire hors du commun ! Installé autour d'une table commune, vous découvrirez tous les secrets du chef alors qu'il vous livrera ses astuces sur l'art ancien du teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Vous en aurez plein la vue ! Il vous restera à faire votre choix parmi la diversité des savoureux mets proposés (bœuf, poulet, fruits de mer, etc.) et vous laisser éblouir par cette tradition japonaise. Vous pourrez également vous délecter de sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous faire plaisir avec un cocktail de spécialité. Situé dans le Lifestyle Center du Polaris Fashion Place, Benihana Columbus est l'endroit idéal pour un repas avant ou après le magasinage. We had 1:30 reservations, we didn't get seated until 2:20, no server until 2:35, no chef until 2:45. The place wasn't that busy and management did even care when I expressed my disappointment for the special birthday dinner for my daughter. I expected more from them.

we had a 630 reservation, we didn't get seated till after seven and we didn't have any food until about 8:15.

This was my first time here. We went for my Birthday. The service was slow. Very slow. We hadn’t had our salads by the time the chef started cooking. The waiter didn’t ask if we were there celebrating anything. I did tell him it was my Birthday myself. I asked for the green tea that came with my meal and it never arrived. Drink refills were nonexistent. The food was fine. The chef seemed tired and over it for the day. We had already paid when the waiter came and asked the rest of the table if they wanted sorbet. No Birthday celebration at all or asked to purchase anything extra for it. Very disappointed. I’m thankful it wasn’t my child’s birthday experience, but only mine. Won’t be back.

We had a reservation set for 8:15, we didn’t get seated until 9-9:20ish. On top of that we had to wait almost an hour to get someone to cook the food and actually eat. The service was amazing nothing on their end because stuff happens, but i just think that if you don’t actually have the set time reservations that you are offering available that you should let guest know in advance. We didn’t leave the restaurant until like 11:10 that was almost THREE hours.

Had Austin as our cook, he was amazing! Very personable, great at tricks and cooked food amazingly!

I made a reservation at 8, wasn’t seated until 9. The chef didn’t come to the table and start cooking until 9:45. They must have been short staffed! I’ve never waited that long with a reservation.

We had a 45 min wait to be seated with a reservation. Food started to be cooked 1 hr and 30 mins after reservation time. Meal took 2.5 hours and many items were over cooked with char. A few of the chefs are good but it’s not consistent.

Rocky, our chef, was a hoot. Full of energy. Very interactive with a demanding group of customers. Very talented at cooking and serving exactly what each person requested. Well worth a cash tip at the end of the meal. Fun evening with my wife and three couples we had never met before, but rocky made it a fun experience with great food.
