   I hadn’t been to Benihana in literally 20 years, so I was pleasantly surprised that despite being such an “Americanized” version of Japanese food, it was well-prepared and the quality good. Cutting edge, nope, but delicious. The lunch specials were a bargain: less than $25 for soup, tea, fried rice, sautéed vegetables and an entree - my spicy grilled chicken was tasty indeed, and my companions steaks were grilled to perfection. And it was fun, the chefs truly put on a show - “Jazz” was our chef, and he was not only funny and affable, he did a phenomenal magic trick, that despite our proximity to him, no one could figure out just how he did it - amazing. Fun ambiance, good food, and all at a reasonable price is Benihana.

   The server had too many tables. He was not very attentive to our table at all. Had to wait forever for a refill. Had to send my wife’s steak back because it was way too salty. Another diner at our table noticed that the cook was using way too much salt. Celebrating our 44th anniversary, not a very memorable meal.

   Took VERY LONG took us a whole HOUR to even have someone bring us some random soup, never tried to give us refills or nothing very poor experience

   Devante was our chef and he was wonderful. The entire meal was excellent. Service was great, restaurant is very clean, staff is professional.

   We had a table for 8 people reserved at 7pm. We were sat at 7.35, food only started arriving way past 8pm. Other than that we love the Benihana experience in general, but you should fix this overbooking problem

   Not what it used to be seems like they give the portion based on who they think is going to tip the most

   Our reservation wasn’t until 530 and I got there at 5:15 and they said my table was ready but I was still waiting for my person to come and they kept rushing me but my reservation was until 530.  I didn’t appreciate feeling rushed and constantly told I needed to get my person there asap

   Had a wonderful experience today! Excellent customer service from the entire staff. Our server and our teppanyaki chef were top notch!! Nice atmosphere, great food, best time for my delayed birthday celebration.

    I went to Benihana's to celebrate one of my retired friends birthday. We always have a good time. The service was great. Our cook was great and the cocktails were great. We will definitely be back. Benihana's has been my youngest daughter's favorite place to eat since age 2. t. She is now 33 years young and we all still love it. Prior to my parents passing away which has been several years ago. I used to take them when our closest location was San Francisco. Loved it, Betty T. Lee
