   The staff were amazing but the dining room is dated and run down. The food was only mediocre. Seems like the quality that was once there is gone.

   Good was great as always. Reservation was for 7:00. We weren’t seated until 8 and kept getting the runaround when we asked for an ETA to be seated. Serves and chef were awesome.

   The food was great as usual, the chef was entertaining and the guest at the same table was nice, that is always a plus. Looking forward to my next visit to Benihana's.

   We sat in the regular seating because they had a $39 meal deal and it was absolutely worth it. Delicious as always and the service was great.

   One of my favorite places to go to celebrate birthdays. It’s a loud, party-like atmosphere but definitely not a place to go to talk and catch up. Food is delicious and the chef put on a great show. I also love their specialty drinks.

   They overbooked and people were waiting more than an hour after their reservation time. It was the worst I have seen there.

    The cooking experience was amazing as expected, but the service was terrible—seated 30 mins late, drinks and apps took another 30, and dinner came 30 mins after that. No one expects to wait 1.5 hours past their reservation to eat.
