   They overbooked and people were waiting more than an hour after their reservation time. It was the worst I have seen there.

   The cooking experience was amazing as expected, but the service was terrible—seated 30 mins late, drinks and apps took another 30, and dinner came 30 mins after that. No one expects to wait 1.5 hours past their reservation to eat.

   Pointless making a reservation. Still had to wait 30+ minutes to get seated and they tried to cram 10 people in a table when it’s meant for 8. I barely had room to even eat my dinner.

   Service was good but restaurant needs a remodel the outside landscaping looks like hell and the interior could use a new look

   Food was average. Not great. We started with edamame and it was just mush. Never had such bad edamame. Then we ordered steak and lobster, steak yaki noodles, two chicken dishes and a steak and chicken combo. Everyone said their food was just ok. We upgraded to the fried rice which didn’t have a lot of flavor. Food was very lightly seasoned. Dinner came to almost $350 for five people. I think we could have gone anywhere else and had a delicious meal for that money. I won’t be back soon.

   6pm reservation not seated until 6:30. Seated 9 at a table set for 8. Waited 15 minutes for them to come take drink order. Then after they took food orders they served the soup and salad courses at the same time usually served as 2 separate courses. After that we had a 50 minute wait for the chef to come to the table. The chef forgot to bring the rice and 2 entrees to cook. Then they were out of the ice cream desert.

    My family and I had a great time. The server was attentive. The chef put on a great show while cooking some amazing food! Loved sitting in a back room with only 2 tables where a door could be shut to lessen a lot of noise from other tables.
