   Very disappointed in our experience. With a reservation, we waited almost an hour to be seated and more than 15 minutes for a server to come to the table. We ended up leaving the restaurant.

   We went on New Year’s Day for lunch and were greeted by an amazing young man, the host, our server Kevin was very attentive and Chef Erik was entertaining and a great cook!!! Overall, INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!! It was a holiday and these gentlemen were working, but STILL, professional and friendly and made us feel welcome!!! Thank you 🙏

   Once seated, our server and chef were very nice. Unfortunately the restaurant was running one hour late for all reservations. Once seated at our teppanyaki table there was another 45 minute wait for our chef to start cooking. Overall the food was very good and all staff were very apologetic for the wait times. By the time dinner was over it was over 3 hours from our original reservation time.

   Only when you ask for a medium rare steak, you get it cooked you’re done it. I guess they really don’t know how to cook many rare steak.

   Fun experience especially for kids because they keep them entertained with the cooking. Portions were not as big as I remember as a child and the chicken fried rice was an extra 6.00 each. You go more for the experience than the quality of the food because it is expensive in the end and because I didn’t eat the rice I left feeling satisfied but not super full. I also had to remind the chef for my mom’s steam rice after they made the meat and the mushrooms for my chicken meal. Again, you go for the fun and experiencing my opinion.

   This location is nothing like other Benihana locations we’ve loved. The ventilation is horrible with the place filled with so much smoke our throats were hurting. It took 15 minutes for someone to come to our grill and take our order and 30 minutes until I got up to speak with a manager. There is no way that head office would endorse the service level nor the air quality level. We will never return to this location or recommend it.

   Horrible service horrible food quality and horrible wait time my daughter thats 13 had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to be able to eat because the cook was not ready to serve them never will I go to that restaurant again.
