Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire unique ! Vous serez assis autour de tables communes en groupe, où votre chef personnel manipulera devant vous l'art ancien du Teppanyaki. Observez-le couper les aliments, préparer un repas qui éblouira vos yeux et enchantera vos papilles, que vous choisissiez le succulent steak, le poulet tendre ou encore les délicieux fruits de mer. No need in making a reservation you're still going wait nearly over an hour. Go to another location they clearly overbook. Food was good service from Bre was horrible.

The Staff and our cook was EXCEPTIONAL - it was a Birthday Lunch (mine) and we had a great time and the time we went was perfect - First time ever and it was a great experience - I highly recommend

This location is the weakest in the Dallas area, with Plano, Addison, and Las Colinas much cleaner and better service! They really need a strong manager to come in and clean things up. Great location, though, when meeting friends who live in Dallas.

I usually love dining here and have no complaints about the food or staff, but this is the second time in 2 months that after making a reservation I’ve had to wait over an hour to be seated. It really puts a damper on your plans for the night if your reservation is not honored . The issue is they greedily keep overbooking and not having enough seats for all the guest .i really love the restaurant but if this continues to be an issue I will have to stop coming

The cook Preston needs more experience, this is the second that he has cooked for me and each time he burned up the rice and the chicken. Last time 2 guest walked out and others received gift cards, I understand that you guys are short cooks but he definitely needs to go back to training
