   Restaurant and grill were dirty. Server was terrible, never even got the bar drink that was ordered. Server spilled water/pop from her tray on grill accidentally, then purposefully tipped her tray to dump the rest on the carpet. When another guest pointed out how dirty the grill was, including her spill, she brushed him off and said the chef would clean it before he cooks. Bills were mixed up between parties. Server was mia most of the meal.

   Benihana never disappoints...Rapheal was our Chef and my entire table had a blast! Once again, great experience‼️

   Food was outstanding as always chef Eli is #1. Our server on the other hand was sub par. We had multiple times where 3 or more of our party of 5 were without drinks because they were empty. Server was very slow. We were given forks but no napkins, constantly waiting on drinks, just set boxes on table for us to pack our food an walked away. Waited another 30mins for him to bring bill.

   This location is an absolute disaster. They took way too many reservations on New Year’s Eve. They had no chance of accommodating the guests for whom they took reservations. My guess is that the general manager or regional manager has a policy to just take as many reservations as possible,  with the hope that people will just wait for an indefinite period of time to be served. On New Year’s Eve, the free-for-all reservation policy cost every guest hours of their evening. That’s on management. Shame on them for being so greedy at the expense of their guests’ experience.

   Tom the manager saved the day, he was awesome. Waitress left at 8pm after just seating the party at about 720pm without any back up at the table having guests cash out before she left…This shouldn’t happen. Without a waitress we were left without refills, drinks etc and my young son without his chicken tenders. When my wife spoke with the manager Tom he was as disappointed as we were and worked to rectify the situation, excellent manager. Tom I think we both know that waitress shouldn’t work there anymore.

   this is not the Benihana of old. it is poorly run, the time to be seated event with a reservation is too long, the host is unfriendly, they falsely advertised the "taste of benihana deal" to get it you have to sit in the lounge not at the hibachi grill. the chef was not friendly, and the food was not as tasty as it used to be about 9 years ago.

   Food was horrible. My reservation was at 4:30pm (for the bar area) and I didn’t get seated until 4:55pm. Not to mention that I had to ask if I can sit because they forgot about me. The meat on my Nigiri was bad. The Dearborn location is horrible.

    I have been to lots of Benihana’s this has to be the worst one I've ever been to
