   Absolutely horrid we wound up walking out an hour later. With no drinks food or even water. They didn’t realize they didn’t hand us menus. My fork was sticky. Never received water was there for an hour. Worst service and treatment ever.

   Much much better experience than 2 weeks ago. Tyrone (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly) was OUTSTANDING as the chef. Food was perfectly seasoned, flavored and the best I’ve had in ages. I definitely will be back because of his cooking. Latasha my server was wonderful and did an amazing job. I let the manager know but I wanted to post online as well. Thanks for a GREAT experience

   Great experience! Frank, our chef, created a wonderful meal and plenty of their famous garlic butter. This is definitely our favorite location.

   This was an awful experience. We only received our drinks and those were forgotten, we never got a chef to the table. This was a celebration for my daughters birthday and we were seated and then told the service was held because there were no clean bowls and there were no napkins. Our reservation was for 7:30 and we left shortly after 8:30 unfed.

   I didn't realize until we left that I was charged full price for the kids meal. The food has gone up in the past 6 months and I doubt I will be back anytime soon. This was ridiculous.

   I have been going to this location for years, the service has always been slow but it was slower this round, also the prices have almost doubled since my last visit. More money, slow service, mainly because of structure. It is like the waiters/waitress were all over, not focusing on any table. managers helped clean off table but they had plenty of people working. May need to organize job duties. maybe have a person to assist with drink refills and clearing off tables. Food was not as good as normal. For the price I expected better tasting food and better service. The waitress was extremely nice, but she was slow and appeared a little lost and confused. Good luck, hopeful for a more pleasant experience next time.

   Chef was great, entertaining …. my table server/waitress didn’t check on us too much brought refills one time and didn’t see her again somebody else brought our bills The range hood above the grill was leaking some type of water oil that was dripped down on me, my food and in my drink …..they offered to remake food i declined cause the food taste better too me in the hibachi grill then when cooked in the back ….So the food was taken off my bill

    Our server wasn’t actually a trained server. The lady next to us kept complaining, then declined to talk to a manager at the end. So the whole time I was supposed to enjoy a meal with my partner we had untrained staff, and heard complaining the whole time that made us uncomfortable. We had to box our stuff up when the chef was done because it was such an uncomfortable experience. To top it off, the manager, who was working 2/15 at around 10 at night was overwhelmed and you could see it, and the busser was upset at cleaning the tables: we could hear him slamming plates and cussing under his breath. Over all disappointed that this is how me and my partner spent valentines dinner… we both worked 6 days this week and chose Benihana for peace of mind since it’s hibachi and nothing could go wrong, or so we thought. What we saw this night was truly a mess. I feel bad even writing this, but it’s truly unsettling to know we paid over $100 for service that wasnt worth it. This felt like a cash grab from this restaurant; and I’m truly disappointed to have chosen this restaurant for my valentines dinner. Oh, and to top it off, we didn’t get refills hardly ever. We had to ask several times and still wait and remind them to bring the pop. Yeah I’m upset with my experience.
