   The Staff members were helpful and friendly. The Chef cooked the food well and he was friendly. The Server was good and friendly. The food was good.  I had a good overall experience.

   I needed to write this review since I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Worst service from our waiter (I would have loved to know her name).worst service that I have had in a long time. At the end she even threw the pen against the table when it was the time to pay. The interiors of this site do not reflect what Benihana is about, very deteriorated. Food was ok and the cook was good and attentive. Definitely would not recommend Benihana at this site!!

   We ordered a 5 course meal which came with green tea. The waitress never brought our tea. This has happened before that we had to ask for the rest of our meal to be brought to us.

   The chef was very competent and cooked the food to perfection. She was pleasant and capable. The waitress was very efficient supplying everyone’s needs.

   I recently visited Benihana for the first time and was extremely disappointed with my experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was inattentive and unwelcoming. We waited over 35 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, and when our server finally arrived, they seemed rushed and uninterested in answering our questions about the menu. Once we ordered our drinks, it took an eternity for it to arrive. Server never brought us straws. To add insult to injury, the restaurant was quite noisy, making it hard to have a conversation. We were hoping for a cozy evening, but the atmosphere just felt chaotic. Once the cook came out for us after waiting nearly an hour. Food wasn’t up to par. In the end, we decided not to stick around and opted to leave. I cannot recommend Benihana to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. There are plenty of other great places to eat in the area that truly value their customers.

   It’s not a very clean establishment. We didn’t receive all of our food, had to ask. It took an hour for all our food to be cooked and played so food would be cold at the end of you didn’t eat it as he was plating it. Kids ordered strawberry lemonade was informed to limit how much they drink because it could cause stomach upset and uti, not something I feel a server should be telling parent. I understand concern but I will determine that. Asked for a manger and was told manger walked out and couldn’t find anyone to help us. Took 20 mins to pay as there is no communication between employees, as we stood around.
