   Best waitress ever; Casey is head and shoulders above all the other waitstaff there. Our chef, Tay, was a lot of fun, and took very good care of us.

   Our server does not work well under pressure and our cook had no energy.

   The restaurant was out of certain menu items, for example I went there specifically for the A5 Wagyu and they were out and my wife ordered a drink which they were also out of, I deem this unacceptable for a chain restaurant.

   We used to frequent Benihana on a regular basis, but Benihana‘s prices are getting ridiculous for what they give you now. The food and the cook was subpar. The service was terrible. This was my last time going.

   Waitress put her fingers in every dish she handed to us. She messed up our food order. Forgot our drinks. It’s was horrible

    Our waitress brought out our soup and salad and we never saw her again. We were in need of drinks, forks and sauces. My husband had to go find her to pay the bill and get boxes. The chef seemed irritated when we asked about the extra rice we ordered and he never went and got it. We were very disappointed, especially since our bill was over $200.
