   This was quite a disappointing experience. The only things that were okay were the soup and the ice cream. The salad was terrible, the main entry was not worth the money at all. The filet mignon had an aftertaste and lacked spices. The chicken was horrible, was not what was ordered, was overcooked and lacked in spices. The salmon lacked spices and was overcooked. Totally not worth the $190 we had to pay for. I would have had a much better meal at the Daily Grill for way less money. What a mistake this was.

   Our reservation was at 8:45 PM. We still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The chicken had no flavor. It was extremely loud, not to mention when the front door kept opening all the wind kept entering the restaurant, and it was very uncomfortable.

   Our cook Hunter was super chill and fun. He made the experience great. Had to wait about 30 mins after my reservation time which was a bummer but i guess since they were busy it’s normal.

   This place is insanely crowded and loud. The staff are overwhelmed and generally seem over it. The food was pretty good through it all, but don’t go expecting a fun show or a relaxing dinner.

   Hunter was our chef. And he did an amazing job. So friendly to talk to. Also handled an annoying customer very well.

   This Benihana is the very best in CA. The chefs are awesome in preparation and entertainment. The quality of the food is exceptional and the waiters have personalities that make the experience worth waiting for.
