Bienvenue au Benihana, vous y vivrez une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres! Assis à une table commune, vous découvrirez tous les secrets du chef alors qu'il vous livrera ses astuces sur l'art ancien du teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Vous en aurez plein la vue! Making a reservation through Open Table made no difference because they overbook. For a 7pm reservation we were seated at 7:45pm. This happened to many other guests and the host station was crowded and chaotic. Once we finally got to a table the food was very good but the service was slow. I love the food and hibachi experience but the front of house is awful.

The service was slow. Our waitress was rude. The food was not that good. We left very disappointed.

Our waiter Marco was so slow and mixed up so much of our order. Christina was a FANTASTIC chef!!

Yanelli is an amazing waitress!!! The experience we have with her, is the reason e come back! She is just a delightful human!! She is so professional, and all around makes our experience here, phenomenal!! She is a true gem!!!

Please, please STOP MAKING SO MANY RESERVATIONS IN ONE NIGHT. The wait time for the reservation yesterday was horrendous! I always come here and try NEVER to MAKE RESERVATIONS AFTER 7 pm; last night, it was CRAZY PACKED. They had a party run over, but this was not the first time I had experienced longer than usual wait times at this location.

Went there for a birthday and had a great time. The whole table which included other families we didn’t know ended up talking and laughing. Cook was amazing, friendly, and talented. Stuff was attentive. Overall, a great time.

We had a 6:15 reservation for my son’s birthday. They sat us almost an hour late cause they overbooked the restaurant. It was mayhem - standing room only and a lot of upset customers. The manager didn’t care and said there was nothing he could do for anyone, rolled his eyes and walked away. When we were finally seated, the food was rushed and they kept trying to make us eat faster. Really made his birthday stressful and not fun. They didn’t even offer him a dessert or us a drink as an apology. Horrible management, very disappointed.
