   Had a reservation for 7:15 didn’t get seated until 8:15. No apologies or compensation for our reservation being an hour late. Truly a disappointing experience. The chef was great once we were seated but I don’t understand how a restaurant gets so behind as to seat customers an hour past their reservation time.

   The chef burnt all the food. How do you burn rice ? The bathrooms were not clean and in addition to that I had to pay $7 to park.

   Despite having a reservation, the wait time was over an hour. No apologies were given, only excuses, mostly related to open table over booking. Managment was incredibly poor. While three adult men were “running” the place, they let their teen front of the house staff handle angry customers. Staff was also rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately the front of the house mismanagement has a trickle down effect which infects the waitstaff and cooks. How can impossibly leave a tip after waiting for over an hour. I don’t think our family can go there ever again.

   Everything was outstanding the service the food the atmosphere. We all had a great time. Best lunch in town in Encino. I highly recommend it. You’ll enjoy yourself and have a good time.

   always a good time. Great chefs, servers are awesome too but sometimes they seem to be short staffed.

   Food and service was great! The reservation system was horrible. I booked a 6:30pm reservation, using this app, and I had to politely remind the host several times over a 45 min period that we were still waiting. At 7:20, we got our seats after the host manually put us in the system. Again, food and chef was top tier. Hosts need to manage the chaos a bit better.
