   Always a wonderful experience, from the food to the service. Always worth the drive in from Canada for Chef Steve! He never disappoints!

   It was a terrible experience had a 730 reservation did not get seated tilll 820. The table received as next to a very drafty emergency exit. People vaping in the lobby shouldn’t be up to the guests to tell people to stop. Managers never even went and talked to the offenders

   It had been at least five years since we've dined at Benihana and we were pleasantly surprised. Although we had a reservation there was a bit of a wait that we weren't expecting, however, once we were seated our experience was wonderful. Our waitress was literally perfect and our hibachi chef was fantastic. Food and drink orders were taken promptly, refills arrived when we needed them, I can't say reiterate enough about what a great experience we had. The only negatives are that the restaurant itself seems a bit dated and the restrooms were in urgent need of attention. The toilet paper roll was literally on the floor. I was honestly kind of shocked by the state of the restroom. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves.

   I don't know where they got the new cooks from but the one I had was trash. He put so much oil on the food (not garlic butter) and salt. Worst experience ever. The manager had the food remade but anyone who goes to Benihana know you want your food cooked at the table ifykyk

   I took a chance and stopped in pretty late, close to 10 pm. after an extremely long day. The calm ambiance was much appreciated, as well as the timely delivery of my food. Overall, I received very good service. Our waitress was very nice and the food, cooked by Oscar, was great. The chicken fried rice was the best!

   Really enjoyed our experience at Benihana on Wednesday night. Lovely atmosphere, where we got sat right away even on a busy night. Shoutout to the manager Don for taking our photo. Also enjoyed chef Will’s food. Will be eating leftovers tomorrow.

    The food was good. Our chef was excellent. The waitress was so, so she took our orders, and literally, we did not see her until the check came around. I had to ask multiple times for my white rice. Eventually, our chef went and got it for me. I guess if you don't pay the $8 up charge for the fried rice, you are not getting it. None of the birthday coupons were taken off the bills at our table. Make sure you pay attention to your bill when you receive it.
