   Food was good & server and cook was excellent; however, I ordered a carryout and it wasn’t cooked on the grill; I ordered kids hibachi chicken & shrimp but I received steak & chicken. I immediately called the restaurant to speak to a manager and never did. I was fwd to 4 people until I was placed on hold for over 20min I ended up hanging up

   The staff was terrific and very friendly! The chef was excellent and very entertaining. The food was delicious and plentiful. Always a great experience at Benihana in Farmington Hills, MI!

   Our server was great. Unfortunately, our chef was not up to standard. He clearly needs to be trained. There was no show and my food was under seasoned and overcooked. Overall we had an underwhelming experience. We did enjoy our drinks and appetizers at the bar.

   Food was good, always takes a long time to get seated for a reservation. Cook was great and food was good as well.

   Wasn’t a huge fan of the onion soup because it’s more just like broth. The salad is just bagged lettuce. Main course was delicious. Will go back to try the sushi .

    The server wasn’t attentive she never came to clear the table even when it was brought to her attention she never cleared the bowls/plates. Never provided a refill I had to go get my own to go container. She was very neglectful.
