   Service was very slow. Had reservation but seated 20 min late. Took 30 min to get drinks and although we had salad it took 15 min before soup came. My husband was the only one who ordered white rice and he didn’t get it either until 10 minutes after we got our fried rice. Performance of cooking chef was not as entertaining as in the past. The woman at our table was allergic to beef and asked that her food be prepared separately. Despite that the chef prepared the beef dishes before preparing her dish therefor contaminating it. Food overall was up to par. The vent at the table next ours was not working so very smoky. Finally server brought check before ice cream. We had to ask for the ice cream that came with our meal as well as green tea. Neither were offered. Sadly I don’t feel this visit lived up to previous experiences

   Have to be honest...this experience was really bad. We had a reservation for 8 at 6:00. We didn't get sat until 6:45, not ideal but not completely offensive. We sat down and placed our drink order. After 10 minutes our server came back with water and told us that the bar was 'backed up' and that our drinks were coming. We placed our dinner orders. Our soup was delivered. Our server again apologized for the delay in our drinks. Then our salad was delivered. Still no drinks after 30+ minutes. Our chef came out to start cooking at the time our drinks were delivered (more than 45 minutes after we ordered them). We asked the server for another round since it took so long. She said that the bar was more caught up so it shouldn't take as long. It was another 45 minutes before we received our next round. It was a total joke at our table at this point. We were completely done eating our dinner. I have worked in hospitality and I am involved in a business that is heavily reliant on hospitality. The fact that the manager or general manager was not going around to the tables to apologize and offer some 'make right' is a huge mistake. We saw him walking around and looking around. I interacted with him when we were delayed in being sat at a table. They will never get my business back and now I am taking my busy time to let all of you know not to waste your time. This is a poorly run restaurant with even worse leadership that does not communicate with their guests. Our party was not specifically looking to get something free, just some type of acknowledgement. The chef was great. He was entertaining and the food was good. Everything outside of that was very, very poor.

   The food was excellent as usual Very slow volume, so made for a really nice birthday lunch.

   Food and cook was outstanding as usual however our waitress really dropped the ball, she was awful.

   Overall our experience was good. We enjoy the hibachi experience and typically enjoy ordering sushi. The selection of sushi options is extremely limited now. Not sure if this is location specific or a change Benihana has made across all of their restaurants. The menu indicated that other selections were available upon request but we found that not to be the case. No additional more robust menu available and no order requests were taken. Our waitress indicated that the options listed on the new menu (maybe 4-6 selections) were their showstoppers. All in all our party had a good time. Just making others aware if they would also like a sushi experience other than just a few small selections, it seems they may not have that option available any longer at the Keystone location (maybe others?).

   It was just ok. We were annoyed that you have to pay $7 extra for fried rice. Even for the kids. Was so busy and we had to wait a bit. But our server was very sweet and the food was fine.

   This was my first time eating at Benihana’s and I am not impressed. I wanted to like it, but definitely not work the $120 bill.

    Entertaining and fun dinner. Exciting to watch your dinner being prepared right in front of you! Cocktails were delicious. Allison and Vanessa were very attentive and made the Valentine date special!
