   Paco our Chef and Roman our server was amazing!!! Been to Benihana many times and this time because of Paco, Roman and our friends was by far my favorite.

   Love Benihana and the mountain of food that you get. This location (Key West) seems to have quicker service than other locations in the state. Have been here dozens of times and all their chefs are great, never had a bad meal.

   Paco our chef was amazing! We were celebrating my mother’s 65th birthday. We brought desserts and the staff was accommodating and still sang. We were a party of 6 and our waitress( forgot her name) was amazing as well. We never had to chase her down for anything. We shared our birthday treats with her and Paco! Thanks again to you both!

   I would like to thank the staff at Benihana’s for their honesty and going the extra mile. After our wonderful meal with great wait staff, we left the restaurant. Unbeknownst to us we left our credit card behind. We discovered this after we had left Key West area the next day. The staff on duty, had retained the card and gave it to the manager who mailed it out to us the next Monday at our new location. Thank you for taking such great care of your customers. We will see you again next year!

   Chef Juan was the best, very entertaining, personable and humorous. He cooked our food well with the exception that the food in general is a bit salty. The service was a bit slow at the beginning and we didn’t eat until about 1-1.5 hours in, service was great when it wasn’t busy however. Our server was very kind, attentive, and also humorous but I didn’t get his name. He has a tattoo sleeve on his left arm and wears black glasses with black hair. Overall we had a great experience and will return!

    Excellent fresh food. Juan prepared out meal with an outstanding show! Will definitely go back next time we are in Key West.
