Bienvenue au Benihana, où vous vivrez une expérience culinaire pas comme les autres ! Installés autour d'une table commune, vous découvrirez tous les secrets du chef alors qu'il vous présentera ses astuces sur l'art ancien du teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Vous en prendrez plein la vue ! Il ne vous restera qu'à faire votre choix parmi la diversité de savoureux mets qui vous sont proposés (bœuf, poulet, fruits de mer, etc.) et à vous laisser éblouir par cette tradition japonaise. Vous pourrez également déguster des sushi préparés par un chef talentueux et vous faire plaisir avec leurs cocktails spéciaux. Venez prendre une pause lors de votre virée de magasinage au Mall of America et venez voir ce qui fait que Benihana est un incontournable du centre commercial.     While the food was amazing, service was very poor. We were halfway through our meals when we received our drinks and we had to ask for the white rice at the end of the meal for my husband- it was never brought out.

    The overall experience was not very good. We were delayed an additional 50 minutes past our reservation window when we were told the wait would only be an additional 15-20 minutes. The open table we sat at was served by a chef who gave off vibes that he didn't want to be there. It was incredibly lackluster with no emotion and going through the "motions". Incredibly disappointing considering the meal was $202 outside of the tip for only 3 people ( 2 who orded hibachi steak and one who ordered the roast cut). Will not be going back again.

    Had a reservation for 8 at 6:00 pm. After checking in, I was told my name would be called. At 6:45 pm, I checked to see how much longer it would be, and I was told my party was already seated. I was added to the end of the line and was told it would be a one-hour wait. After talking to the manager, she was able to add me to the front of the list. We could not figure out how the system showed I was already seated, but she was able to fix the problem. The food and service were great. The chef was very skilled and entertaining. It is a very family-friendly place.

    Our chef was not good! The chef rushed cooking and forgot to make the shrimp appetizer, so when repeatedly asked about it the waiter brought it out at the end of the meal. Our chef rushed this also and made it without seasoning it, and did not butterfly them, and burnt them, our sons steak was cut into tiny pieces that looked like minced meat for fried rice. The chef may have forgot a chicken breast because 2 of the people in our party split a breast with another person at our table, so they received 4-5 pieces of chicken. When they automatically put a “service charge” on the bill which is frustrating because the service from the chef was under rated and not worth the “$50 service charge” or automatic tip you expect good service all the way around. We have been a loyal customer for many years and are aware of the cooking process the chefs do. This experience was disappointing.

    Cook only did the onion volcano nothing else. He didn’t engage with the table. We waited 30 minutes after our reservation time to be seated and another 30 to order drinks and food. Not worth the wait or the price!

    I got the trio and I never got my shrimp the cook distributed to others who didn’t even order it same with my chicken , it was very busy so I understand why the server lacked keeping up with tables , drinks etc

    The service was horrible. They forgot parts of our meal, never got refills, never got ice cream, messed up the bill, and were incredibly slow. Very disappointed in the service and quality of the entire operation. When trying to get help, was often met with shrugs.

    Manager was very unprofessional my reversation was for a standard table and they put me at hibachi, then the manager told me I could wait up to another “hour” for a regular table. Proceeded to tell me I could leave the restaurant because “I wouldn’t let him talk” your not able to build your own sushi either the cook had no interaction with our table and rolled her eyes when she over cook wagyu steak medium well came out well no refills where offered and was charged 25$ for a “service fee” tab was 164$ for two of us … next time I’ll go to the grocery store 🤣
