   The fees and taxes were horrible and not explained well, having to pay in a machine at the table was pressured without having time and opportunity to look closely at the bill without being pressured. Waitress was rude and unfriendly unfortunately I will not be returning

   We have dined at Benihana for decades. Our chef was the worst we've can remember, the flow of the meal was poor, the chicken was dry, the fried rice was crusty and crunchy. I"m actually concerned the chef was drunk. The server was fairly attentive but clearly overworked.

   We visited Maple Grove location for the first time and found it to be wonderful. The staff, Cindy and Sim, were the best! Service was friendly and accurate and prompt. We were well-entertained by Sim and he had a great sense of humor. The beef was fabulous. Cocktails great. A perfect family evening.

   Our chef did not do things in the order that most of them do and was kind of a poo.

   I’ve came here numerous times and to different locations and I’ve received a bigger show from the chefs I get it’s the end of the night and it’s valentines, but maybe make people get only reservations so your staff can have moderation.

   First time here and it was great! I loved the miso soup and the pan fried gyoza. We also tried wagu of the world you should try it too.

    The staff was really dope. I came early to see if me and my daughter could be seated sooner and they were able ro accommodate us and were just really sweet about it. Our waitress was sweet and gave my doted on my 3 year old even though I know she was busy and the food was really food. Really good experience. Thanks all😊
